AAdditional booklets for existing passports are no longer being issued. Instead, a new passport is issued against the existing, valid passport if there are not sufficient pages left for use. You need to fill out the form meant for issue of a new passport. Please enclose four recent passport-size photographs. You also need to enclose your current passport and the fee of Euros 48 if you want an ordinary, 36 page passport or Euros 60 if you want a jumbo, 60 page passport.
