If your appearance has changed significantly since your last passport was made, you can apply for a fresh passport or an additional booklet with a more recent photograph. You will need to fill out the form meant for a new passport along with four recent passport-size photographs. You also need to enclose your current passport. The fee for this service is Euros 25 if you want an ordinary, 36 page, passport or Euros 30 if you want a jumbo, 60 page, passport. For change in appearance, in case of minor children, Parents have to give a certificate affixing photograph of the child and as far as adults an affidavit signed by the applicant and countersigned by Notary Public/Police etc.
